On the other side, if there is a small get-together of 30-40 people the menu includes just 3-4 snacks before the main course which include Dal, Paneer, Raita, Rice, breads, salad followed by sweet.

Delivery Catering
This type of catering includes when catering service provides cooks at own place, nicely packed the food and deliver at your place. sometimes it includes service and the other time does not depend upon the clients’ requirement.
The food can be packed in thalis or food packets, where the client distributes the packets among the guests or workers. This option is less expensive and very clean as each one will get its thali/packet, eat and throw the boxes after eating.
The other way is the catering service provider deliver the food in big containers to the clients’ place. It is best for a small get-together (20-50 persons) at home or for a picnic/outing. The guest will self serve the food. This option is also less expensive.
Restaurant Catering
This type of catering is arranged in the Restaurants. The role of the catering service provider is to intermediate between kitchen staff and client.
